The service

UpwardCV provides automated CV and career-application guidance. A free check reviews a CV against a target job and gives a summary diagnosis. A paid upgrade adds a complete analysis, a rewritten CV, a tailored cover letter, interview preparation, and recommendations, based only on the content you provide.

No guarantee of outcome

UpwardCV is a writing and review aid. It does not guarantee interviews, job offers, ATS acceptance, or any hiring outcome. Results depend on factors outside the product's control.

Accuracy, and your responsibility

The tool works only from the CV, job description, and any answers you provide. It does not add qualifications, employment history, or achievements that aren't genuinely yours. You're responsible for providing truthful information, and for reviewing and verifying the generated output before using it in a real application.

Payment

The full upgrade is a one-time payment of €9.99, processed by Stripe. It is not a subscription and does not renew. Payment is for digital access to the premium features for the review it was purchased for. Once payment is verified, you're entitled to complete the full flow for that review, including answering follow-up questions, generating the rewritten CV and related materials, downloading them, and using the re-check feature.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to bypass payment, automate abusive or excessive use of the free check, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind beyond what applicable law requires. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the review in question, and we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing here limits any liability that can't legally be limited, or any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
